Devin Schubbe is responsible for project management and communication, overseeing all components of a transaction from developing leads to deal closure. She serves as a liaison for deal team members and is a catalyst for exceeding client expectations.

Devin oversees business development and marketing initiatives, including managing databases, email campaigns and creating Confidential Information Presentations. She oversees a variety of reporting tools for the firm. She is experienced in several industries including Media/Advertising, Construction, Telecommunications and Healthcare.

Prior to joining Caddo Lake, Devin supported the two Caddo Lake partners at Allegiance Capital. She formerly held roles in marketing and media/advertising at companies including Dallas-based corporate franchise Genghis Grill, Med Landing and Austin Commercial. Devin is a proud Red Raider, having received her BA in Advertising with a specialization in Business from Texas Tech University.
